The unit has a playback timer with which CD, radio or music from USB can be activated at a desired time. However, there are no advanced functions (multiple times, weekdays or similar).
There is also a sleep timer.
Yes, it has an alarm function but:
- unfortunately no weekdays. i.e. you are woken up on Saturday and Sunday at the same time and
- unfortunately it is not possible to switch ON/OFF with the remote control (but it was possible with the predecessor model) and
- switching ON/OFF on the unit is quite cumbersome.
