Does this TV fit with my already mounted Vogel's 3245B wall mount?

Yes, the mount fits. The 3245B is up to VESA standard 400 x 400. The TX-55EZC954 has a VESA standard of 400 x 300. There is a flatscreen filter on the Vogels.com site. There you can see which bracket fits which TV.
