Does this special e-scooter have a road licence for Switzerland? Am I allowed to ride it on a main road and does it come with a corresponding certificate on delivery or does it have a corresponding sticker on the frame?

Yes, it is approved for use on open roads in Switzerland.
It has an approval plate on the frame (which indicates its maximum speed of 20km/h ...)
