Does this product include the wall bracket and the lock? There is no information about this in the product description. However, the pictures shown with the product include a wall bracket. I ask for clarification as soon as possible because I should have a charger soon.

We enquired with the supplier and learnt that neither the bracket nor the lock are included in the scope of delivery.
Only included are:
JUICE-BAG, 8 adapters (CEE16 400 V, CEE32 400 V, CEE16 230 V, CEE32 230 V, CELSIUS T13 (CH), CELSIUS type G (UK), CELSIUS type L (IT), CELSIUS protective contact CEE 7/7 DE), 2 RFID cards.
