does this power supply fit HP x2 10-p010nz ? Is the part original ?

No, unfortunately not, although it has a standardised USB-C plug! The 45W power supply is an original accessory for the HP EliteBook series (business notebooks) and not compatible with the Pavilion series (consumer notebooks).
The matching part is "HP 792619-001 (15W)".

I also bought the 45W power supply at first and then found that it could be plugged in, but was not recognised by my Pavilion HP x2 10 or did not charge the battery. After exchanging it for the 15W power supply, everything ran smoothly!
