Dolby Atmos can be transmitted to a TV connected via HDMI (as long as it supports Atmos). The audio signal can be sent to an Atmos receiver via the optical audio output on the TV.

The NUC could also be a PLEX server that transmits a film with Dolby Atmos to another PLEX client (which supports Atmos).
