Does this notebook support the "DisplayPort Alternate Mode"? It is about the connection to a docking station with an external display.
According to this post, this laptop should theoretically be able to operate a USB-C docking station with Displaylink output: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5...
Hmmm... does that mean that a docking station or even a PortReplicator would not serve its purpose?
Doesn't make sense somehow....especially if the accessories are still offered by HP. But it can't be ruled out.
If the HDMI and VGA connections are present, can the screens be controlled correctly with the screen (display) driver programme?
Good day
The notebook was for a customer of mine. In my opinion, the notebook has only one HDMI and VGA and no display port.
