Does this motherboard work with rinem AMD FX 6300 and does it still need a bios update?

yes the cpu fits according to this list:

the cpu runs with the bios version F1 and on the list all cpu are labelled with it and therefore i dare to assume that the whole thing should work out of the box :-)
