Question about MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC
Does this motherboard come pre-installed with the ryzen 3000 compatible bios as of november 2019, or will I need to update it myself?

Unfortunately, it does not. You have to download the bios file from MSI's website and use flashback button on the board.
