yes, all the necessary cables are included. if i remember correctly, there are even two cables included, one for data and one for power, both of which have to be plugged into a free usb port on the pc.

The unit comes with 2 cables: 1 data cable (approx. 50 cm) with USB plug and a power cable (also USB).
