The bag is even too big.
The Surface Book has the following dimensions:
Height 2.28 cm
Length 23.21 cm
Width 31.23 cm

While this sleeve has clearance in all dimensions:
Height 4 cm
Length 24.5 cm
Width 34 cm



I would therefore recommend ordering a bag designed for this purpose or looking for one that fits better. The dimensions are always in the product specifications.
