I don't think anyone on earth has tried it, and according to comments read without a PC asrock motherboard it doesn't seem to work, 99% I would say no, thunderbolt is extremely motherboard related (security issues, device booting etc). 99% I would say no, thunderbolt is extremely motherboard bound (security issues, booting devices etc.....) without having options in the bios specific to this TB3 card it is almost certain that it will not work

this is the only card working with some macpro's . just google for the name together with macpro compatibility. to make it work it needs a windows installation and some workarounds but it works flawless and holds the speed promised. you can find them on ebay, on store's it's quite impossible.
