Does this bracket fit the Philips346B1C monitor?

I think the monitor with 11.5kg is too heavy for this mount - the force of the arm can be adjusted by means of a set screw, but it will hardly be able to hold this weight, as it is only up to 6.5kg.

Yes, the bracket and monitor are VESA Mount 100x100 compatible, see specifications. However, the monitor is too heavy for the bracket because it is too big...
