Question about Garmin Hrm-Tri
Does this belt also work directly in connection with fitness apps on the smartphone such as Runtastic? For this, the mobile phone would have to be ANT+ compatible, as it does not have Bluetooth?

Works fine with Strava app. But you won't be taking your phone with you in the water.

I decided on the Polar model ( Polar H10 Bluetooth Heart Rate Sensor M - XXL ), which unfortunately provides less comprehensive telemetry data, but has both Bluetooth and an internal memory for independent recording. Thanks to Bluetooth and ANT+, it should be compatible with pretty much any device.
Unfortunately I don't know, because I always use the strap with a Garmin watch.
