Does this battery fits with MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2009)? How long will the battery lasts if use only microsoft office package.

No, this one is for Mac Book Air 11" (maybe for 13" also, but I'm not sure). I guess you need this one: LMP A1322 (3Cells, 5470mAh)
It's complicated to give an answer to your second question, the only thin I can say is that the original battery is 6000mAh, and the one from LMP is 5470mAh, so the running time will not be much different from the official one from specifications (up to 7h). Depends very much on you software configuration.
