Does this adapter also work for external video mic recording plus something else, like for example a gimbal connection or headphones at the same time?

Dear Anonymus

I use the adapter for
a) charging the iphone and (elctric current symbol) AND
b) phoning over the iphone at the same time (headphone symbol)
this works very well. So headphones plus electric at the same time on one lightnig socket no problem.

What gimbal is I do not know. This you need to find out on your own.
