Unfortunately not! This adapter is mainly intended for EPSON beamers.

Even though the question was asked years ago, here is the correct answer. The Epson ELPAP10 (V12H731P01) definitely works with the Epson TM receipt printer. This was confirmed in the product review on the digitec website (and also elsewhere on the web such as a "global" Galaxus competitor).

However, it remains unclear why this information is not also available directly from Epson. Epson should improve this.
