Does this Acer Aspire 5 model have socketed RAM slots? If yes, how many? How many M.2 slots are available? Or is there a possibility to install a 2.5" SSD? Thank you.

In this model, the RAM is permanently soldered and there is no option to add more.
There is only the main slot for the SSD, which is already used by the 1 TB SSD, and it is not possible to fit a 2.5" SSD in it.
