Does the watch synchronise reliably? for comparison: I currently have to disconnect, restart and reconnect my fitbit again and again, and even then I have to hope that the sync works at least daily, not to mention notifications.

I have had the watch for over a year and am very satisfied.  Synchronisations work perfectly! For me, it's the best smartwatch I've ever had. The battery alone lasts me about 2 weeks despite the full range of functions.
