Does the watch really only have a runtime of approx. 54 hours in "normal mode"?

That's about right. Of course, it's always relative. I'm happy to come with a reserve for two days.

Only if you don't do activity tracking with GPS. for me it lasts much less than a day.... 2km +4km + 3 km + 13km run with GPS tracking...
