Does the watch have an integrated sleep phase alarm, e.g. with vibration?

If you have an Android phone and support the Vivomove apps from Garmin's IQ Connect Store, you can install the Sleep as Android companion app on the watch and let Sleep as Android wake you up.

It's all compatible and working with my Fenix 5. I used Sleep as Android before with the Xiaomi Band 3 and it works really well.

If the worst comes to the worst, check out the digitec range for an app-compatible sports watch in the same price segment :D

Okay, thank you very much! Is this possible via the natural alarm function, i.e. does the watch recognise sleep phases, or does it simply wake me up with a vibration?
