Does the watch also count the steps and when running, kilometres and also altitude metres are measured? Thanks for info!

Steps and kilometres are measured, but metres in altitude are not.
If you want to measure altitude, the watch needs GPS. The correspondingly accurate watches are more likely to be found in the mid-price segment, around 350.- upwards. For sports, I can recommend a Garmin.
