The RingConn Gen 2 automatically measures your heart rate at regular intervals, which is helpful for recognising activity. You don't have to use the app all the time to measure your pulse, but it can provide you with additional information and analyses. For boxing, the ring is a good alternative to a watch as it is light and easy to wear.

Thank you, it's a shame that it doesn't measure continuously like the Apple Watch, as it's not possible to make the desired recording. Especially if you can regulate your heart rate well during training.
