Question about Apple MagSafe 2
Does the product still come with a DE plug? However, if you still have a CH plug from Apple at home, could you remove the DE plug on this T-part and use your own?

You don't need that at all, the plug fits into any Swiss socket. The 3rd pin is simply missing.
