To add to Momo67's answer, the supplied mounting system is also suitable for mounting the antenna to a balcony railing, provided it has reasonable sized bars (approx. 2 cm). The mounting system can be seen in the 3rd picture on the article page.

The product is delivered without a support mast.
However, the parts to attach the antenna to the mast are included.
