Does the Polar Pro strap also work with the Polar m400 watch? Is the heart rate transmitted to the watch via Bluetooth? Is the signal coded? Is the battery included in the delivery? Can the battery be changed by the user?

I use the combination mentioned (H10 and M400). Runs perfectly.

this item is only the strap. the heart sensor must be purchased separately. e.g. the H7 or H10 which are already supplied with a strap.

I have the H10. the H10 has Bluetooth for e.g. smartphones and also sends an RF signal for the older watches, which is uncoded. the battery can be changed by yourself.
