Does the OEM package (this one) includes the carrier frame? (That orange plastic to fit the processor on the motherboard socket)

Unfortunately, none of the manufacturer's documentation describes whether this orange plastic frame is included or not. However, since it is used for protection, I assume that it is included. Otherwise it wouldn't make sense for AMD to protect the boxed version and not the tray version.
