Yes, I have them on a Samsung LS49A950UIPXEN and am very satisfied. The illumination of the desk is perfect for me, of course the lighting intensity decreases towards the outside, but I don't find it limiting. I wouldn't want anything else.

With my 34-inch screen it is sufficient, with 49 inches I would expect differences in brightness in the edge areas due to the width.
