The device does not need to be permanently connected to Wi-Fi or 4G, the connection is mainly required for commissioning, setup and control via the app. After pairing via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, you can control and configure the robot lawnmower via the app. A 4G connection module is optionally available to enable a mobile data connection without Wi-Fi, but is not mandatory for operation. The robot lawnmower also works autonomously on the lawn without a constant internet connection.
