Does the camera still focus in the range 2000-3000 mm with this filter? I already have an Amazon-Basics polarising filter, with which focusing is no longer possible from 2000 mm.

Why shouldn't that work? Hoya filters are high-quality brand filters and not junk like Amazon Basics. Which camera and which lens are we talking about?
