Question about AMD Ryzen 7 1800x

Does not work at all The boost clock of 4.0Ghz is wrong and this CPU cannot be overclocked stably - not even 3.8Ghz at 1.4vcore is sufficient. In addition, this CPU is at 76 degrees with the current mainboard from Gigabyte, the 7 WiFi with x470 chip in the standard settings and with a 240 corsair cooling system, the system is already at a juicy 74 degrees in idle without doing anything. Can therefore not recommend this CPU because the x should be overclocked and the boost does not work at all.
