Yes, the Philips OneBlade Pro 360 Face + Body can be used to shave the testicles. However, I recommend using the skin protection tip supplied to reduce the risk of pinching (as the skin is very soft). Note that the result will not be perfectly smooth: for best results, I recommend doing most of the shaving with the OneBlade, then finishing with a traditional razor. In my experience, it's simpler and safer!
