Yes, many Android apps run well. Web apps are often better than Android apps (Google Photos, Outlook...) because they are better optimised for the screen format and can display more or offer more functionality. I have not yet tried Linux apps.

Yes, these apps also run on the Lenovo. For example, I now have most of my productive apps (mail, calendar, etc.) on the mobile phone and on the Lenovo at the same time.

But games aside, the thing is mainly handy and intended for simple (low resource-consuming) apps, because it only has a little processing power. Netflix etc. runs sensationally (because of the great display), but games are probably not so great on it as soon as they require a certain amount of processing power.
