Yes, it takes 10 minutes and after 4 times of use the casing is melted

Approximately, in my experience.

Would never buy this device again.

In that time I "normally" iron 3 shirts perfectly. It's better to take a course on how to iron shirts properly, it won't cost you any more and afterwards it will all be a breeze :o)

My experience is: 3-4 min are enough if you then hang it up (and do not fold it)... very annoying, however, is the Euro plug...
