Question about ASUS Prime Z270-P
Does it matter which slot the 1080ti is in on this mainboard? I can't quite figure it out from the manual.

The upper PCI-E slot is connected x16 and therefore offers full bandwidth. The lower one is only x8. You will most likely not be able to determine effective performance differences. Therefore, it doesn't matter which slot you plug your graphics card into.
