Unfortunately not. According to Canon, the aperture is only compatible with the following models:
- EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM
- RF 24-50mm F4.5-6.3 IS STM
- EF-S 18-55mm f/4-5.6 IS STM

If the diameter of the lens is correct, then yes.
