No, in Switzerland there is no free annual subscription, which also annoyed me a lot, and Spotify Kids is not available in Switzerland either! very annoying... now I don't know what exactly the difference is to Google Nest, apart from the childlike design...

The ECHO Dot is still under the Christmas tree. However, I believe that the Amazon plans are always monthly and can also be cancelled monthly.
