Question about Samsung 990 Pro

The Samsung 990 Pro is not officially certified for use as a storage pool on the Synology DS923+. Synology recommends using their own M.2 NVMe SSDs for storage pools, such as the SNV3410. However, the 990 Pro can be used for caching as it is compatible with the M.2 NVMe slot. Workarounds such as special scripts may be required for use as a storage pool, but these are not officially supported.
