Does each fan have to be connected individually to the Mb for the power supply or is there something like a hub that connects all 4 fans?

I used a 1 to 3 connector from Noctua.

There is only one hub for ARGB, but not for the fans. If you use the MOLEX connectors, you can plug them all together. I connected two fans with a PWM splitter, the rest on the MB.
