Question about Victron Energy Blue Smart
Does anything have to be switched on or a mode selected, current selected or whatever? Or does the unit start charging (at 30A?) as soon as the plug is inserted? Does it need any operation? I want to plug in permanently, hence the question. Thanks

It works with a mobile application via Bluetooth which is very easy to use to configure it finely (charging program, intensity...)
But it will work fine without configuration by the app, only the default settings will be used, just plug in the device and it works.
