Does anyone know if you can only locate them with your mobile or is it also possible on a PC? Unfortunately, I haven't been able to set this up yet and I'd like the rest of the family to be able to whistle a key and so on.

yes, you can also locate the Galaxy SmartTag2 via the PC using SmartThings Find. If you still need help with the setup on your Galaxy smartphone, please contact our support. To do this, click on "Support" on the Samsung website and select "Hotline" in the submenu. This will give you an overview of all contact options.

Hey, you can also open Samsung Find (the website) on your PC. Then log in with the correct account and you should actually see all your devices that are registered with your Samsung account.
