Allo if you read the TDP at the Intel settings 125/180 watts and not like most motherboards at 300 watts then it is safe. the 300 watts do nothing because it overheats so very quickly and stacks down. Have in with the 125/180 settings on P Cor 5.5 and E Cor on 4.3 OVL and thus no temperature problems. normally 55-75 degrees in games Cool it with a cheap AIO 240mm
I have a Be quiet shadow rock 3 and when gaming I have between 55 & 65 degrees. My cooler is still too small for Cinebench R23. If you want to stick with noctua check it out. https://youtu.be/Ubm3vZK4jD... Alternatively: Deepcool AK620 or Be quiet dark rock pro 4 or Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE
