Question about Ecovacs W2 Omni
does anyone know how to get bluetooth working? reinstalled the app. tried to get bluetooth working via app. unfortunately no. also not found via settings iphone

Then there may be a defect in the Winbot. It worked for me without any problems.
This may be a daft answer, but it has already happened to me: The Winbot must be switched on. Otherwise there is no connection.
I sent the device back the same day. Could not be charged Battery defective. I decided not to replace it.
Hello, I don't use Bluetooth at all. Just touch the windscreen and off you go. However, I have paired the Winbot via WLAN, but that doesn't help me there either. Greetings and good luck anyway
