Question about HP Active Pen G3

Does anyone have experience with HP Elite / Spectre / Probook or similar? Can this pen be "stowed" neatly with one of the series mentioned? Or is it always carried around separately? Best thanks

I have to correct something: it is magnetic and can be "docked" on the side of the EliteBook x360, but not in the case.

On the Elitebook x360, it's carried around loose and it can't be turned off, so the battery is usually dead when you need the pen.
