Question about LMP Battery for MacBook Pro15" A1382
Does anyone have any long-term experience with this battery? I have already bought two different ones, but after about 3-6 months they were totally over and never charged properly. Always with the message "Battery waiting". Would be grateful for any experience/evaluation!
Unfortunately, it's often hit or miss when it comes to replacement batteries for MacBooks. I would recommend trying a different brand: for example, from iFixit or Union Repair.
I stopped using it after about a year. At first it lasted 3-5 hours and now it only lasts about 40-50 minutes. There is no message, it just runs out so quickly even though almost nothing is active.
I bought the battery in June 2019. It was already defective in August 2019 (returned and received a replacement). It has been running perfectly since August 2019 and I can't see any difference to the original.
