Does anyone have a recommendation for a good laptop stand that doesn't cover the ventilation?

I bought this and am very satisfied: Digitus Mobile Notebook Stand . It is too small, but there is such a "stand" below the Lenovo and it attaches very well to the stand, is very stable. The airflow is only partially covered when the laptop is positioned correctly.
