Question about LG Oled55c8

Does anyone else have the problem that the preview window for the selected channel is not displayed in the EPG? A window always appears with the message that the channel does not have a preview... Funny thing is, if you switch to the menu for recordings and back again, the preview window works on all channels. According to LG in Germany, this is a software problem that is known and should be solved. I have not yet read of anyone with the same problem... (Model PLA, use DVB-C, provider Rii-Seez Net)
