Question about WD Red Plus
Does anyone else have problems with vibrations with this WD RED Plus 10 TB and a Synology DS 1819+? I already have 5x 10 TB Red (without Plus) in the NAS, and I don't notice anything from them. The new Red Plus vibrates very strongly even after the warranty replacement. You can still hear the vibrations 2m away from the NAS. I don't know if this disk was also damaged during shipping or if the new Red Plus vibrates so much more.
The hard disk (I have 4) is loud, but does not vibrate exceptionally. It doesn't matter to me because the noise in the server room is drowned out by the router fans.
