do you still need a handheld hoover if you have one of these?

Like the others... impossible to do without another hoover. But I'm very happy with this one

The appliance is really great, I wouldn't want to be without it. However, it doesn't replace a hoover, which you also need.

Yes, absolutely. The devices complement each other very well but do not replace each other.

I'd say yes for places where the hoover is enough (carpets). But it's just more practical and not essential.

I can only agree with the other comments. In my opinion, a handheld hoover is indispensable. If you just want to vacuum something quickly, the H14 is too cumbersome. I find it particularly unsuitable for smaller jobs, as the mop always gets wet and has to be cleaned accordingly. Unfortunately, it can only vacuum.

You no longer need a hoover for surfaces. The appliance is very efficient but relatively heavy to handle, but you need a hoover and mop for the edges and corners as the appliance is approx. 1 cm away from the wall.
Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the appliance.
I would buy it again.

Yes, I agree with you.
I bought it as a replacement for an old Dyson but soon missed having a cordless vacuum cleaner.
You can't just take the tube off to remove dirt in the corner or cobwebs on the ceiling. Nor is it suitable for crumbs on the table or the stairs. You also can't put a narrow attachment on it for the sofa crevice.
It's just for the floor, but it's great for that.
