Do you have to leave the app open to earn miles or just go in and then lock it?
Have no interest
The app must be open (or at least running in the background) so that the map can record your route. The points are not given "for free". SoFlow awards them because they can use them to record your driving characteristics - which doesn't bother me. Once the app is open, you can easily start Spotify, for example, and listen to music.
But the miles don't do much. At least not for me so far. The store where you could redeem them has always been empty since the beginning. I've never been able to do anything with them. I think the app itself is good to a certain extent. It allows you to switch from Eco to Normal and Sport, but I've never been able to see any energy savings on a more or less constant route. Locking the scooter is also rather pointless. It only works when the scooter is switched on and does not protect the device from theft. In this respect, the app is more of a gimmick than really useful, except for registration.
